MEMBERSHIP CARDS
You must produce your membership card at reception as you enter the building. If you have lost your card reception must be notified immediately and a replacement card will be made up. A fee will be charged
for the replacement of lost cards of five dollars
In the event of entering a term agreement, no refund will be given for missed classes. beyond the three month expiry of all 8 week courses and 10 class passes. No refund for missed Pilates classes.
In the event of entering a term agreement and you being unable to complete the program owing to: *Long term physical incapability of three weeks or more, a medical certificate must be supplied as proof.
Provided that the appropriate evidence is tendered to substantiate such a claim, you may choose on written application for a partial refund of the purchase price.
Please note an administration fee of $10 will be charged for refunds.
CLASS ETIQUETTE
1. All equipment must be placed back where it belongs
2. All personal belongings (clothing. bags. valuables. and footwear) should be placed in the shelving supplied.
3. We endeavour to allow all visitors to the classes to have an opportunity to maximise their enjoyment of the facility. Should you experience anything less we value your feedback. in an effort to continue to improve our service.
4. No class entry will be permitted 5 minutes after the scheduled starting time.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Room2move is not responsible for any stolen' items or property, including motor vehicles, sustained by any user. Any member, or their guest, or casual user who willfully or negligently causes any damage to property at room2move shall pay for such damage.
INJURY
l. All clients use the facilities at their own risk. Roorn2move accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage whatsoever arising out of any person using the facility at room2rnove.
2. Any client injured as a result of not complying with the exercise program prescribed by the instructor assumes all responsibility for any injury incurred. room2move absolves itself of any responsibility in this circumstance and may cancel any memberships at its discretion.
